About Me

Hi there and welcome. My name is Renerio and I hope some of what I’ve wrote have caught your interest so far. Unlike other people, writing about myself do not come easy but we’re here, so might as well give it a go.

I’m from the Philippines, an archipelago country in the SouthEast of Asia and dabble in a lot of things which I’ve set as pages. Most of what I write fall within the following:

Mountaineering

  • Climbing mountains is an escape for me, a return to things if you will – an innate call to the frontier of our forefathers. I generally write about my climb logs here or at MALAKAT Outdoors, a club of which  I am a founding member.

Books

  • I’ve always loved reading since I was a little kid. I remember excitedly sitting by our glass door right after arriving from school with a book in tow. It all started when I came across a little orange book on Greek Mythology which captured my imagination. I was in Grade 2 then and I’ve been hooked on reading since. My interest generally ranges between the likes of Zecharia Sitchin, WWII History, biographies of political leaders and con men. I live by the wisdom of M. Scott Peck in The Path Less Travelled and forever enamored by Sybil or whoever she was. I should have a Goodreads account somewhere.

phMUD

  • Is a Multi-User Dungeon managed by a friend and myself. We believe to be the only Filipino ran MUD server. If you’re into Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) and think a bare all screen text isn’t boring, visit the site for more information. If you’re really interested, login online and meet Lakambini and Maria Diwata. Get in touch with me if you need any assistance.

For whatever reason let’s be friends! I would love to put faces to names.

Thanks for being here!
